Candra Smith first began attending WBC as part of the youth group, and over the past 13 years, she has grown into a faithful and devoted follower of Christ. She serves on both the Benevolence and Missions teams and has recently answered the call to step into the role of WBC Children’s Director.
Above all, Candra is a daughter of God. She is also a loving wife to Associate Pastor Randall Smith, her high school sweetheart, and together they are raising two energetic, fun-loving boys. Their home is centered on the Lord, with a shared desire to raise their sons to become strong, knowledgeable, and faithful men of God.
Candra works as an administrative assistant at Care Net Peninsula, where her heart for ministry is clearly seen in her passion for serving women and supporting the sanctity of life. In this role, she uses her gifts of empathy, compassion, gentleness, and kindness to care for women who may be facing uncertain or difficult situations—many of whom are encountering that kind of love and support for the first time.
In her free time, Candra enjoys spending time with her family, exploring nature with her husband, and diving into her interest in cryptozoology and local legends.
