Here at Warwick Baptist Church we are not only trying to grow our youth and children but also our adult ministries. Our focus is to encompass all walks of adulthood, from young adult all the way through retirement. We feel that each season of life is important to both the church and your individual growth. We hope to see you at one of our many ministry opportunities.
Discipleship Small Groups:
Adult Bible Study
If you’re looking for a way to study God’s word in a laid back environment with other adults, you can do that every Sunday mornings from 9:50am to 10:50am and also Sunday evenings from 6:00pm – 7:30pm. The group is made up of both married and single adults of various ages.
The Sunday morning discipleship group follows a study called Explore the Bible, which focuses in God’s word one book at a time. The Sunday evening group follows a study called Bible Studies for Life, which is also a bible based study that focuses in what bible tells us about various life issues. Both studies are excellent opportunities to learn God’s word through thoughtful, biblical discussion.
Young Adults – Purpose 422
Purpose 422 is a ministry solely targeted on those twenty-somethings that are transitioning into adulthood. This small group is a time for learning, fellowshipping, and just further understanding of adulthood. Currently, they are meeting at the church Sunday nights at 6:00 pm. This small group uses material called Bible Studies for Life. It is similar to the study for the adults but gears the conversation to issues more closely relevant to those in this particular season of life.
